All orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of order. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by email. Delivery time will vary according to geographical location. We are not responsible for shipper delay as we have no control when item is shipped out.

:: REFUNDS & RETURNS ::
For refunds and returns, please contact us. The product you receive have to be in brand new condition.  Shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.
We do not offer refunds for any free items received as part of any promotion.
Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery.

All returns merchandise must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit will be issued back to your creditcard account or other payment method within 48 hours of receival. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
